Dr. Ani Vartazarian is a clinical psychologist licensed in California and New York with expertise in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). In addition to specialized training in anxiety disorders (e.g., generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, health anxiety, social anxiety), obsessive compulsive & related disorders, mood disorders, and insomnia, she is also skilled in helping individuals cope effectively with life stressors and adjustment concerns, including the young adulthood transition, prepartum & postpartum concerns, grief & loss, and relationship difficulties.
